About us

House Octogon is in the heart of the city, close enough for visitors looking for accommodation in a central location.   

Our house was built by the architect Antal Weber in 1875 as an upper class villa for a noble family. The architect was succesful enough in creating one of the most beautiful buildings of Budapest with its facade decorated with column caps and recalling the old fashioned elegance in a lovely milieu of historic buildings.

Due to its downtown location it is perfect stay for business travellers who want to reach their appointment / meeting point in just a few minutes.  It is also perfect for our leisure guests who came to discover Budapest, because we have many points of interests close to our accommodation.
